Who we are
Alan Jones studied at Queen’s University Belfast, graduated with the first distinction in seven years, followed by ten years in practice in London, seven years with Michael Hopkins & Partners, (Schlumberger Cambridge Research, Inland Revenue Nottingham, Emmanuel College Cambridge, RIBA Gold Medal) and three years as the first associate with David Morley Architects (Lord’s Cricket Ground, St. Hugh’s College Oxford) before returning home to teach and practice – in collaboration with Christopher Bell, Agnieszka Borys, Caoimhin Conway, Robert Gilmour, Eva Gossenreiter, Ann Jones, Martin Lennon, Déirdre McKenna, Martin Nickl, Ciaran O’Brien, Begum Panayirci, Emily Schneider, Paul Solari, Nicola Waddington.
