This new build project is immediately adjacent to a grade I listed church and a conservation area, demonstrating that AJA can achieve planning
permission in sensitive locations.
The contexts of the house include Randalstown but are also pan-European and intellectually diverse. This is a sign of a
modern Ulster, no longer “on the edge” but connecting with the wider world beyond.
