Alan Jones is a director and gives strategic guidance and direction to the practice. Alan was pleased to be recently made Director of Education (Architecture) at Queen's University Belfast and so he currently concentrates on how practising and researching can enhance the teaching of architecture.


Nicola Waddington is originally from Northern Ireland. She studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture before working with Elder and Cannon Architects, Glasgow. She then worked in London for seven years as an architect at Sheppard Robson Architects and as a Project and Design Manager for Canary Wharf Developers. Nicola returned to Northern Ireland in 2003.
